A Wellpark Production for Channel 4

2004 was the year that Britain went naked for charity. There were so many naked calendars that year you began to wonder if there was anyone left in the UK with their clothes still on. This entertaining film roves around the country in search of the naked calendar makers – to find out why they stripped off and threw caution, and their clothes, to the wind.

The film set out to explore British attitudes to nakedness and what emerges from each naked calendar is a story – not just about having fun. But also about community, and fund raising. And invariably, and often tragically, cancer. Another interesting and different perspective on life in modern Britain.
